DSA is currently recruiting paddlers for the 2024-25 season
Whether you are new to dragon boating or an experienced paddler, we'd love to hear from you! Paddling is a full body exercise and dragon boating is the ultimate team sport. Join us for up to 5 free sessions before deciding whether the sport is for you.
To introduce you to the sport, we host Open Days! These sessions are fun and free introductory sessions run by our experienced coaches. You will learn the basics of dragon boating and be provided with more information about our club and the sport. From here, you will be invited to try our club training sessions.
Visiting & Returning Paddlers
If you have paddled before (e.g. DSA Gym Challenge, Open Days, Come & Tries, other clubs), you are welcome to join us for free training sessions! Simply fill in our enquiry form and we will be in touch.
DSA Open Days are free sessions designed to help you learn the basics, get a feel for what it’s like to race in a dragon boat, and have fun! These sessions are perfect for the absolute beginner as well as the returning paddler.
