DSA Women's Open Day

A special event just for all the incredible wonder women out there in our own local community! Get fit & strong, meet inspiring like-minded women, and experience the buzz & camaraderie of competitive team sport with DSA.

Includes basic technique and light drills. All equipment is provided – including Paddles and Personal flotation devices.

RSVP for this event via the button below. You will be required to fill in the waiver emailed to you in order to participate.

What to bring/wear:

• Sun protection
• Workout/loose clothes (thermals recommended during winter)
• Water bottle
• Old Joggers, water shoes (crocs are perfect!)
• A change of clothes and a towel (you will get wet!)

DSA Clubhouse at Uhrs Point Reserve, 490 Concord Rd, Rhodes NSW 2138

Parking:

Leeds Street Council Carpark (opposite the IKEA External Warehouse)

Schedule:

• Check-in - 10.00am
• Warm-up & Intro - 10.30am
• On-water - 10:45am
• Off-water - 11:45am

Valuables can be kept in our locked shed during the session
