Sydney Dragon Sports Association Dragon Boat Club

Come to our Open Day on Sunday 5 September from 09.30-11.30.  We will take you out in one of our dragon boats and/or outrigger canoes give you an introductory lesson in paddling.  And you will be able to have a chat with our club members to find out what dragon boating is about, how and when we run our training sessions and what you could get out of joining our club.

We will be running the free introductory session at Henley Marine Drive, Dobroyd.

We will take you through a warm up session and show you how to perform the paddling stroke on land before we take you out.  We will have experienced paddlers on board to answer any questions you have and help you out through the gentle sample training session.

Come along in shorts and teeshirt with possibly another layer on top and thongs or footwear you don't mind getting wet.  Bring a bottle of water.  We supply the paddle and dragon boat!
